Our number one priority is for you to be safe and efficient at what you do. We know that the last thing you want to experience is downtime due to machine or equipment failures. Scanreco products are developed to withstand heavy usage and they are expected to support you day after day for many years in tough conditions. However, the unexpected may happen – and if it does, we are here to help you sort it out and get your operations running smoothly again.

If you have a problem with one of our products, please turn to your point of purchase, e.g. the producer of your machine or crane. They will guide you and assure that you will get a quick solution to your problem.

Required information for the Support Service

We love to give you skilled, efficient and quick support service. For that we need this information:

  • TYPE and MODEL of the system;
  • SERIAL NUMBER of the system or of its components;
  • Description of eventual special features of the system;
  • Description of the problem and conditions when it occurs.

System Solutions | Remote Assistance

If you need remote support, we use Team Viewer v9 for Microsoft Windows. What you need is a PC with Internet connection and our Team Viewer running. If you use our G6 system, your vendor can log into the G6 Platform Portal to see the programming on your specific device.

Where can I find the part and serial number on my receiver?

Serial number found on Scanreco receiver

All Scanreco products have a sticker or a plate with the serial number (SN) on it. On the receivers, the sticker sits near the outputs.

Where can I find the part and serial number on my Mini or Maxi transmitter?

All Scanreco products have a sticker or a plate with the serial number (SN) on it. On the belly pack transmitters (PCUs or controls), the serial number plate sits on the side facing the operator, just beneath the stop button.

Who should I contact if I have trouble pairing my system?

Can I use knock-off batteries and spare parts for my Scanreco system?

It is important to only use tested and approved original parts, in order for safety certifications and warranties to remain valid, and to make sure that your system keeps working as expected. Quality is built into every single aspect of our products. All our products, such as batteries and spare parts, have undergone the same rigorous testing as the main products.
