Development
During this phase, our Never-stop Technology™- driven engineering team refines the design, creating detailed schematics, software interfaces, and any necessary prototypes. We closely collaborate with you to ensure the remote control system aligns with your brand identity, functional requirements, and compliance targets—laying a solid foundation for subsequent testing.
Verification
During this phase, we develop prototypes and conduct rigorous inhouse pre-complying testing, from functional checks to safety validations - as well as field-tests where the product is tested under real-life conditions. We work closely with your team to ensure any adjustments align with your vision and compliance requirements, minimizing costly changes later on.
Release
Once the pilot is validated, we finalize technical drawings and certifications. We confirm all design elements, ensuring your remote solution is ready for a seamless transition into manufacturing.
Production
At this stage, we start with a pre-series run before making the final release for series production of your remote control. To confirm readiness for serial production, a formal Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is conducted. Our state-of-the-art facilities, strict quality checks, and established supply chains ensure efficient assembly and on-time delivery.
