Instead of chasing full autonomy, let’s explore “mature automation”—an approach that keeps the operator in the loop, known today as Industry 5.0.
Our proportional, multi-axis joysticks are designed for a wide range of applications requiring a simple and reliable user interface for mobile machinery control.
The JS model, with signal outputs (also available in ratiometric version), can be used for example in conjunction with a logic control unit (PLC) or power control device (PWM driver).
The JP version, featuring PWM outputs, can directly control hydraulic control valves, often serving as the sole control unit for the entire machine.
The JC model instead transmits control signals via a CAN bus network.
The control electronics are housed and sealed to ensure high durability. Joystick movements are detected through redundant Hall effect probes, which measure the magnetic field generated by permanent ferromagnets, offering a long-lasting solution.
The configuration and calibration of these joysticks are simple, making them adaptable to various applications. Several handle types, with fully customizable push button panels, are available to suit every application need.
Some of the available features include: "virtual cross" to restrict diagonal movements, adjustable output curves, a capacitive dead man switch, an adjustable dead band for each axis, and auxiliary outputs activated by user-defined logic. Other options include speed sets, a dump valve output with a delayed turn-off, and the ability to control tracked machines with up/down and left/right joystick movements.
All models feature a serial port for configuration and calibration through our simple serial interface adapter. All our joysticks are provided with a 50 cm unpluggable cable, though custom wiring is available on request.
