Take control with VPP3: proportional regulator for single or double solenoid valves

The VPP3 is a panel-mounted PWM regulator specifically designed for controlling proportional solenoid valves.

It is straightforward to install by mounting it on the operator panel, connecting it to the power supply and solenoid, and adjusting the current using the onboard potentiometer.

The VPP3 is available for both single solenoid and double solenoid valve configurations.

Key features of the VPP3 include the ability to adjust the minimum and maximum current for both directions (A+B), with precise control over the rise and fall time ramps. The PWM frequency can be adjusted between 50 and 300 Hz, and users can select between linear or parabolic output curve shapes.

The controller also includes two multi-purpose pins, each of which can be configured for different functions: as a digital input to enable or block outputs or to select speed, or as a digital output for functions like controlling the dump valve, directional outputs, or output thresholds.

All of the controller’s working parameters can be adjusted through a serial port using the Windows® SepSim program and a special serial port adapter (AISR), allowing for easy customization of the settings.
