Inclination sensor with CAN bus

Accurate CAN bus slope sensor for your industrial and automotive applications

The FSI-CAN inclination sensor with CAN bus outputs is a single-axis device that measures the slope angle using an integrated accelerometer.

With a measurement range of 360°, this sensor utilizes a high-accuracy accelerometer and a microprocessor for data processing, ensuring precise measurements. Each sensor is factory calibrated at 25°C to maintain high accuracy.

To minimize vibration interference, the FSI-CAN sensor includes both hardware and software filters.

Its compact and robust design, along with an IP67 protection class and easy mounting, makes it ideal for various industrial and automotive applications. The sensor also features reverse battery protection and over-voltage peak protection.

The inclination value is cyclically transmitted to the CAN bus, with the transmission interval adjustable. The CAN bus complies with the CAN 2.0b specification and supports the CANopen protocol. The sensor is factory preconfigured according to custom requirements, and its configuration can be adjusted via CAN bus messages.
