Our CCU-S is an integrated moment limiter device for aerial work platforms, designed to manage several key functions of a WMB installed on a vehicle or truck. It incorporates a circuit board with dual microprocessors, allowing for advanced control of the machine through a single device.

The CCU-S combines multiple essential functions, including dump valve interface, working area limitation, load limitation, outriggers and rotation control.


One of the key features of the CCU-S is its ability to monitor the outriggers using redundant micro switches, ensuring reliability. It also checks the rotation of the platform column by reading a CAN encoder, providing precise control.

The unit includes dual differential pressure sensors for the jack on the main boom and reads the angle of inclination of the main boom in two places, enhancing safety and accuracy.

The unit is equipped with an automotive 56-pole FCI connector and is protected with an IP 68 rating, ensuring durability and reliability in harsh environments. Safety is a key focus, with safety outputs designed in Category 3 (EN 13849) standards for controlling the dump valve.
