What has made you stay with the same company for over 14 years? Cindy can cite several reasons. Plenty of variety, control over her work tasks and ongoing opportunity for personal development are three important factors.
I had a chance to change the logistics here from paper and pen and make it fully digital. Scanreco management really listens to and trusts its employees , which gives me freedom to explore new processes and technology.

We are a fast-moving company and our products are developed in close partnership with our customers, who are leading crane and machine manufacturers. Functionality requirements often vary widely between customers, which means we are constantly meeting challenges to find solutions to make radio control even safer and more user-friendly.
Our head office is located in large, bright premises in Sätra, south of Stockholm. Here we have gathered together our development, production, sales, marketing and finance under a single roof. This creates proximity between our various departments and results in shorter decision chains.
We are on the front line of radio control technology, and approximately a third of our employees work with product development. But this doesn’t mean you have to be a specialist in electronics, radio technology, mechanics or software to enjoy working for us. We rely just as much on skilled salespeople, finance staff, production staff and project managers.
